Health and Wellness

For many families, school has looked different this year than it has in previous years. Your school may offer a variety of learning options:  virtual, hybrid, and traditional.  They may also have new policies and practices in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19 during in-person learning so it is important for schools and families to work together even more than before.

With so much change affecting adults and children, there is much need for resources to help cope with stress, anxiety, loss, grief and other factors.  Whatever the situation, these resources are intended to help parents, guardians, and caregivers, with issues/concerns that may be affecting everyday life.
