Congratulations to the Madison City PTA Council and the Rainbow Elementary School PTA for being chosen on of National PTA's School of Excellence. The school received a visit from Dr. Bice, AL State Superintendent to congratulate the school on its efforts. Rainbow was one of 170 schools across the country to achieve this honor.
